Garden Room In Alton
We seem to be doing more and more garden rooms of late and this was a small sun room attached to a bungalow in Alton, Staffordshire.

The job started with the construction of a 600mm high dwarf wall to support the sapele frames and glazing.
The sapele frames were made in our workshop with timber section 70x80mm and mullions 56x80mm.
All joints have been mortice and tenoned, with draught strip in rebates where the casements were positioned.
The frames were sealed with 2 coats of Sikkens HLS (light oak) and then once fitted , one coat of Sikkens Filter 7 (light oak) was applied for protection.
This garden room has been a great sucess and allows the customer to enjoy their garden, even on a cold winter's day!
